Love (is a touch overrated)

Published by torn_paper_yoyo at 1:23 am under Uncategorized Edit This

I personaly think that the word love is thrown around way to carelessly. What used to be a strong powerful word used to describe one of the most beautiful things in the world is now said on the first day you start going out with someone or by people who cheat on there boyfriend/girlfriend. In my opinion the word love has lost all of its meaning it has about the same meaning as cat (except not an animal of course but you get my point) so you might as well say hey babe i cat you (er that sounds weird but you know what i mean) it would be the same thing as i love you. I think it is such a shame that a word that people used to describe this intense feeling that cannot be broken with time is now on the same level as cat i mean do you REALY know if you love someone i mean of course you love your family and most people love they’re friends but how do you tell if you love your boyfriend/ girlfriend? The truth is i dont think anyone knows anymore and that is why so many people are getting divorced and remarried and divorced and so on and so on. So i personaly might be weird for not saying i love you to everbody i meet but why should i? I know I dont love them so I might as well just start saying I cat you!!! And im not saying quit saying I love you thats your choice im just saying “love” has basicly lost all its meaning and is realy quite overrated…
